Multiplayer - Play Against Other Dedoggie Owners for Points, or Keeps!
Upon minting a new DeDoggie token, players can initiate gameplay directly from their personal account. Each DeDoggie NFT is able to be selected to be the NFT that the game points and additional traits are assigned to.
How Do I Compete Against Another Player?
To start a multiplayer game, select "Multiplayer" from the Puppy School menu. Players then wait for a match-up. This can be someone randomly looking for a game or a friend invited via an "Invite to the Game" link.
Gameplay Mechanics
The game consists of various levels, selected randomly for each session. Completing a stage successfully awards 1 point to the NFT. Accumulating 5, 10, 25, 50 points unlocks additional attributes or traits for the DeDoggie, enhancing its value. Upon reaching these milestones, the NFT's image and metadata are automatically updated to reflect the new traits.
Multiplayer Mode - Points
Multiplayer games are not turn-based or split-screen but are played simultaneously in two different browsers connected via the internet. The winner is determined by who completes more levels successfully. The winner's DeDoggie is awarded an additional point.
Multiplayer Risk Mode - Think Your Are the Best Dedoggie Trainer in Town?!
A special multiplayer mode where the stakes are significantly higher. Players can opt to start a RISK game where the loser forfeits their DeDoggie NFT to the winner. Matchmaking can be random, by selecting "Random Game," or targeted, by sending an "Invite Game" link to a friend. The loser in RISK mode loses their DeDoggie NFT to the winner, adding a thrilling layer of competition.
